Welcome to RIT Sports Network, the place that I fell in love with working in sports.
RIT SportsZone began in 2002 with a 30-minute TV program featuring the university's Division I and Division III athletic programs. We have since grown exponentially, expanding from the original single sports program to a multi-media production ensemble, which now includes multiple programs and events and employs over 70 students and professional staff.

My fellow student managers and I share one final moment in the GPC after RIT clinched the Atlantic Hockey Conference Championship on March 23, 2024!

As a student manager here for the last three years, I have learned invaluable lessons in teamwork, collaboration, and leadership. With a dynamic blend of creativity and technical expertise, I have blended my skills into the fast-paced world of sports media. My experience spans a diverse range of sports. From setting up numerous cameras to talking to local television stations such as NESN, my proficiency in sports production extends to every facet of the industry.
One of the many jobs I have done here includes acting as on-air talent, conducting interviews with coaches, players, and more.
The Spring 2024 edition of RIT's University magazine highlighted RIT Sports Network with an article titled "Students Score with RIT Sports Network." This feature includes an interview and photoshoot with me, conducted in partnership with the Marketing & Communications Department, featuring contributions from peers, supervisors, alumni, and other stakeholders. This recognition stands as a notable achievement for both our department and myself. It sheds light on our work, which often operates discreetly from a production truck stationed in the parking lot. My colleague Vlad Simion and I were not only showcased in RIT's University Magazine, but also highlighted on @rittigers Instagram reel to the left! This brief video spotlights our roles as student employees and my journey in finding a job that ignited a passion within me.

One of my most recent projects include redesigning wall decals for the mezzanine in the Gene Polisseni Center, where the NCAA DI Tigers play. It's great to see my work at such a large scale and knowing that I'm leaving my mark on not only this program, but this arena.
